I've been very stressed out recently. It seems like it's getting worse. It's just the way life is sometimes. You just have your daily chores and tasks you have to deal with, and it gets overwhelming. That's why you have to learn to take breaks and be kind to yourself. 😅

Pacing myself
I am trying to learn to give myself more breaks and rest, to pace myself and properly deal with my stress. It's not healthy to be stressed all the time.

Everyone deserves time to just relax and take it easy. That's what I'm trying to do more of, and be kinder to myself. It's one of those things I have to practice and try to get better, because I am naturally a workaholic. I just have so many goals and aspirations that I want to accomplish. 😅

A hectic weekend
This weekend has been more stressful because I've just had more going on. I had to run a bunch of errands, and work, and it's just overall been hectic. But times like these, I have to remind myself, that things won't always be stressful. It won't stay that way forever. But most of us seem to forget that law of the Universe.
This too shall pass
The challenging stuff always passes, and then you can relax again. So there's never any need to worry. And there is always something to be grateful about, so that should give you some peace of mind.
