Guys, I just wanted to share this video with you guys. These are some things I learned from our friend, Sam Hyde. He's a great comedian and just a stand-up guy all around! I learned things like "Ah geez dude!" and "I can't do 3.50!" from him. Priceless life wisdom. I first found Sam's content online around 2020, and it changed my life forever.

Rapper/singer "JellyRoll" spotted jogging in Hollywood

 The rapper and singer known as JellyRoll was spotted jogging in Hollywood. He said that jogging and running are how he's been able to lose so much weight. He's proof that you can lose weight and get in shape, and you can achieve your goals, no matter who you are. All you have to do is put in consistent effort every day. I'm really proud of him for making these changes; it sounds like he's come so far. Also, I've been a big fan of his music for a long time. I remember hearing his music years ago, back in my 20's, I think. He's pretty popular here in Missouri; lots of people love his music. Thoughts on JellyRoll? Are you a fan of him and his music?
