I'm really glad fall is here (blog post)

 I'm just glad it's finally fall. It's currently September 30th. Tomorrow is the first day of October. I am so ready for cooler weather. I live in Missouri, so the weather is kind of weird here. But the cool weather will come, eventually. 😅 This season is amazing. Bring on the fall weather I'm ready for everything that comes with fall. Hoodie weather is one of my favorite things. You know, when the temperature is cool, but not cold. It's cool enough where you need to wear a hoodie or long sleeve shirt.  Isn't this time of year great? My favorite clothing Hoodies are one of my favorite things to wear. They're just so comfortable. There are so many great things about fall. Like hot chocolate. The leaves falling from the trees. I'm feeling very blessed and grateful

 Tonight, I'm just feeling very grateful, in general. I'm sitting here watching Mike Matei stream on Twitch. It's a great stream. Everyone's joking around, and it's just a really fun time. We got some rain today as well, so that makes me really grateful too. 😅 There's always something to happy about. Blessings are everywhere There are always things around to be grateful for. Even just having a cup of coffee, or the air in your lungs. Or your family and friends. Those are all great blessings we should appreciate every day. If you really look around, it's easy to find a blessing right in front of your face. Just choose to be grateful. Stop and appreciate Sometimes, when my mood is bad, or if I'm depressed, I will remember to "stop and look around". That will give me a quick reset and help me focus on all the good around me. Stress is very hard to deal with

 I've been very stressed out recently. It seems like it's getting worse. It's just the way life is sometimes. You just have your daily chores and tasks you have to deal with, and it gets overwhelming. That's why you have to learn to take breaks and be kind to yourself. 😅 Trying to find ways to relax. Pacing myself I am trying to learn to give myself more breaks and rest, to pace myself and properly deal with my stress. That's what I'm trying to do more of, and be kinder to myself. It's one of those things I have to practice and try to get better, because I am naturally a workaholic. I'm not picky about the coffee I drink

 I'm not too picky about the type of coffee I drink. I love most varieties and brands of the good brew. I will drink almost anything. Except I don't care much for dark roast, but beyond that, I love most coffee. I do have a favorite brand, though, which is Dunkin. 😅 A good cup. I love their original coffee. It is so smooth and is so easy to drink, and just tastes great overall. How could you go wrong with Dunkin? A nice hot mug is what you need sometimes. One variety I love I also really love any "Donut Shop" coffee that you can buy in the grocery store, those are usually really amazing. Most of those taste a lot like Dunkin, that's why I love them.  There are so many great varieties of this drink. But overall, I'm just not a super picky coffee drinker. I just feel that there's generally value in every variety of this amazing drink. Most of it is drinkable, and much of it is decent enough to at least enjoy. Dunkin' makes my favorite coffee. We should always be grateful in life

 Gratitude is one of the best practices we can have in life. We have to learn how to be grateful on a daily basis. It's superb for our mental health, and will help us lead a better life overall. Being thankful for all the blessings of life, is a really amazing thing. 😅 Stop and just be happy. The everyday blessings Sometimes you just have to stop and appreciate the small things around you. There are so many of them. The coffee in your cup, the breath in your lungs. We are so lucky just to be alive. Life is a gift and a blessing. We should never take it for granted. Just be happy. Praise God The Lord wants us to be thankful for everything He has given us. That is the true way. Being grateful also just lets you be happier, and you will have much better days, when you focus on positivity. Don't forget that being positive is so good for you.  We have to stay positive. So let's all try to be positive, just a little more in our lives. It will only help and benefit us in the lon...

I love everything about coffee

 I honestly love everything about coffee. It's so amazing. I think we can all agree on that. I truly love the stuff. It is a very tasty drink, and it has so many great benefits. Plus, it wakes me up in the morning! 😅 Isn't this stuff great to drink? My morning ritual I make a cup of Joe every morning when I wake up. I set up my coffee maker the night before, so that when I wake up, I just hit the switch, and I have a cup ready to go.  Isn't coffee just great? I probably will never stop drinking it. I just love the way it makes me feel, it's so great. Nothing compares to that feeling after you take the first sip. Look at that amazing cup. Coffee is a blessing There's just so much good that comes out of drinking it. My favorite drink is actually diet soda, but coffee is a close second.
